Call Action Against Hunger
“one cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well”
Almost all over the world or specially in Asia due to over population and less resources every single citizen has a lack of food. According to the research out of 216.6 million population of Pakistan thousands of people die daily include small children due to famine. According to the World Food Programme, 43 percent of Pakistan’s population faces food insecurity. Of this number, 18 percent of people in Pakistan severely lack access to food. Pakistan ranked 106 out of 119 countries on the Global Hunger Index (GHI). No doubt all over Asia including Pakistan always remained in trouble to grow and to be out of this famine due to major causes like flood, terrorism and quakes . And now in the present era due to Covid-19 no matter all the countries have been affected but they have enough resources to overcome the hunger due to this. But Pakistan who already didn’t have enough resources got more affected by this virus. The economy of Pakistan was more affected and it has increased poverty in Pakistan.
To make Pakistan more stable or to take it out from famine we have to increase the growth of our food and to increase the agriculture resources. Major crises occur due to shortage of food. The most major problem being faced in Pakistan is lack of food and poverty. And the most major reason behind poverty is lack of food and hunger.
All the progress and economy of Pakistan could be made if we provide access to food to the needy people. Most of the crises could be solved if their shortage of food could be managed.
According to the survey the most probable answer which every poor person gives is he can’t fulfill his babies and wife food. Every man has not enough money to fulfill the needs of his family. They said that every problem or every need of our could be fulfilled if we didn’t lack food.
If we pay much attention towards its solution, the main solution could be only that if we solve the main cause of all this poverty(food). If they have food in their home they can easily manage and fulfill other needs like the education of children.
In order to find the solution or to find the possible benefit of this major issue I visit two to three houses and asked what the major thing or solution they want to be get out of this poverty and the most useful answer was “if we fulfill our babies with feed easily they can do or achieve anything else they need”. Due to high cost and lockdown we earn nothing in a single day to feed our families.
so the main solution of all these crises is to provide food. So the step we can take at the initial step is we would by collecting funds can provide food to those needy people monthly. It would be like a RASHAN BOX which would include all foods needed like rice, flour oil and other needs that they can easily live up to a month with food.
These researches and my meeting with those people really opened up my mind to how many problems my community is suffering and I have not played any role for them. Also, as these people are also living in our society and they are the creatures of the same Allah who is feeding us. So it’s our main objective to feed them also as much as we can.

Myself Ahmad Raza a leader of a team “Helping Hands” comes up with all of you with some thoughtful view or impact that we not focus in our daily life or around ourselves. There are a lot of people around us who can’t even sleep due to hunger and no able to do anything because they didn’t have anything to eat. Also there are people who have some potential to do but not have any sources or money to start their work. So here I urged you peoples to look around yourself and do what your mentors or your Prophet “MUHAMMAD S.A.W” teach you. Start taking care of the other creature too that is of same ALLAH whose you are. We are here to spread awareness and to reach that kind of people who have a fear of being helpless. If we start supporting them they would have enough energy to do some profession, so that they never be affected by this famine and could help other people to help like us. Your single rupee can make someone whole life better. So never feel ashamed to do a right thing before its too late. Start donating and become a participant of that creature which Allah and its Prophets wants.
Process:
In meeting with these poor people one main thing I learned that we are not playing our role to be a member of this society or city. We are not that Human that Allah want us to become. Like Allah help us a lot in every matter he also assigned some duties for us to do the same with his creature. So to spread awareness that I learned by assuming the objects, aspects and by finding or talking with that peoples I start telling all this story firstly to my learning circle, then by making team we will I start creating pamphlets and start doing social campaigns to spread awareness to peoples who are only focusing towards them and their family. We have to show up a lens to the people to look around the community or people beside them. Through this I learned so many things and really feel happy that I’m one of those that Allah has chosen to help their peoples and to guide people for what main purpose they are really sent. #Thank you Amal, Thanks Allah Almighty.
