Farewell! God knows when we shall meet again. — — William Shakespeare

I wonder what beauty I am going to put in the place emptied by Amal. Wait! The place Amal had, will nēver be emptied.. It will stay there forever.

It is really hard to say goodbye to a journey from where you learned about different aspects of personal and professional development.

But, to move forward, saying this with a heavy heart that Amal fellowship has come to an end. All started from getting to know each fellow to the last session where we bid farewell as a batch 185.

The last session was to make us emotional as expected but it also gave us so many lifelong lessons which we can keep with us for a lifetime.

Before the last session, we have planned to show gratitude towards both facilitators Sir Ahmed and Mam Qurat. For that, we as a batch decided to write a few words of appreciation for both of them and surprise them in between the session.

So when the session starts, Sir and Mam start giving us gratitude for how they really felt along the whole journey with us. They both show so much love for us and called us the best session of them, they share their stories of how they keep being attracted towards ourselves through our way of joining sessions, showing passion, and performing activities.

After showing gratitude we performed an activity of solving riddles which had a lot of fun included in it. It includes guessing the things we had in our house and to take a funny picture with it. Everybody took part in it and took quite funny pictures. We really enjoyed that activity, beside learning it also taught us how to manage time and how to perform activities as a team.

During this activity, it was time to show our side to Sir Ahmed and Mam Qurat. One of our fellow Usama made an emotional video for all of us. When he played the video it was so emotional that everyone had tears in their eyes. This video includes everything, every emotion, every story we shared with each other and every pic of moments that we have captured.

Later on, when the video was over, Kainat, our fellow, narrated some beautiful words to make this session memorable. She beautifully narrates every passing memory and the most common words that Mam and Sir used to say. She quoted lovely words for all of us, which delighted our hearts with love.

Now it was time to surprise Sir and Mam with our whole members’ song for sir and mam. We all sang Alvida song for sir and mam which really made us both happy and delighted.

“We lose the precious sense that an end is only a beginning in disguise.”
